Context

Transport and crash data often becomes more understandable when viewed spatially.

Problem

Tables and static reports can hide location-based patterns, clusters, and system-level relationships.

Approach

A planned version of this project would use open crash and transport datasets, combined with geospatial processing, to explore spatial patterns such as crash hotspots and risk by road type or location.

Intended Outcome

This project has not started. The intended outcome is an interactive dashboard that lets a non-technical audience explore crash patterns spatially, alongside a short written analysis of the key patterns found.
